Method One for Android, Side Load from Your Computer

Use the cable supplied with your Android device to connect the device to your computer.

If Android prompts you, select “Disk Drive”/“Mount as disk drive.” Your Android device will appear on your computer as an external disk drive, or as a portable device.

Find the folder “kindle” on your Android device. Using your computer, copy the file from your computer to the folder “Kindle” on your Android device.

Properly “eject” your “disk drive.” With Mac, that means dragging its icon to the trash. After ejecting, disconnect the cable from your Android device. If your Android device stored the file on your SD card, then the title will not appear in the Kindle app until after you disconnect the cable.

The title will appear in the Kindle app under both “All Items” and “Documents.”
